okay, so some ideas! for starters she doesn't know she has aids. maybe it is spread through sex with someone? and then her and them have a fight. cause she didn't know she had it. but they think she did. and they freak the fuck out on each other.
maybe she meets a nice guy after. she falls for him. but he always tries to have sex with her. but she doesn't want to tell him she has aids. but she doesn't want him to get it. so she pushes him away. and he gets pissed off. maybe later she comes out and says it?
