Will is sensible and friendly. He greets everyone with a smile and loves to joke around. When you first meet him he will seem like a sensible, mature boy who likes to make friends but once you have hung with him for a while and become friends you will find that he loves to play games and jump around, not so much to be immature though. He doesnt care what people think of him and does what he wants though sometimes that lands him in trouble.
Girls, love and friendship. He respects girls and doesn't make fun of anyone, unless they are asking for it of course. Sometimes he can get a little too close to his friends which tends to make people think he is a flirt but hes not really. Many things can happen when he likes a girl. He can cover it and continue on as normal or he will flirt, just the tiniest bit to let them know. Sometimes it seems odd, even to himself, that he is still open to love having lost both parents and his grandmother.
Will might seem like he is always happy but just like everyone else he does get sad, he just tends to hide it until he is alone. If you see him upset you know something is seriously wrong. Will loves his friends and would do nearly anything for them but he also tends to try and stand up for them, whether they want him to or not. But ask something of him and he will most likely do it if its going to help a friend in the long run. He never backs down from a challenge unless it will mean he will be the bigger person, he is not one to lose anything. Will is also trustworthy. If he promises not to tell he wont, he is great at keeping secrets.
Will loves music if hes not playing his guitar or singing you will find him sitting somewhere with his earphones in listening to some band. Will writes his own songs as well but doesnt show people. He writes about whats going on around him, someone he loves or sees, his songs are always deep or have a meaning, just a way to get everything out. Some people have a diary, he has his music.
Will has a temper and can be quite feirce when hes angry. He tries to ignore the person he is angry at, blocking them out but occasionally he will turn and have a go at whoever it pissing him off, so be careful. He doesn't like to fight but if hes challenged to chances are he will take it up, not willing to back out, it has to be a good cause though.
Will also has anorexia and relapses now and again. Its hard to tell when he is relapsing again, sometims his friends cant even tell he hides it so well. Even though he is rather thin because of it he is still very strong. Will is very determined and independant which can sometimes cause troubles and makes it hard for people to talk him out of things it also makes it easier for him to hide things, or in the case of his past, ignore them. He won't talk about his past, he doesn't want peoples sympathy, and if he doesn't talk about it, it never happened right? But of course that doesn't work, its always on his mind.
When Will is in a bad mood he will take it out on almost anyone. Including his friends and teachers. He tends to apologize once he calms down though, well, most of the time.
He drinks and skates. Doesn't smoke or do drugs.

They see a guy who is mature and happy, refusing to let the world get to him and bring him down. A guy who has a love and talent for music. A guy who will always be there for his friends, and anyone else who needs him.

Will was born an only child and remained that way his whole life. His life started off normally. A happy little boy in a perfect family. Or so it seemed. His parents were respectable people, always looking after their house and Will, even buying him a little border collie puppy who Will named Hawk.
But all good things must come to an end right?
When Will was 9, it ended in the most horrific way it could. His parents were murdered before his eyes. Wills father was a lawyer and when he won a courtcase and sent a man to jail for life. It was the sentenced criminals brother who came after Will's father and family. The man broke into their house one night and Will woke up when he heard raised voices and crying. He laid where he was a few minutes, listening, but curiousity and worry got the better of him and he left his room, Hawk by his side. He came into the loungeroom and found a man holding a knife towards his parents, huddled against the wall near the door to their bedroom. His mother signalled for him to stay silent and, scared, Will had followed her request and hugged Hawk close. By the time the man left the house Wills parents were laying on the floor, they had bled to death after being stabbed.
After that Will was sent to councilling and went to live with his grandparents but they were old and could only look after him for a while. After the trauma of seeing his parents being murdered and losing everything except Hawk Will began to suffer from anorexia. He kept it hidden for 8 months but then he began to get sick and soon he was caught. He was put into hospital and remained there for just over a year before he was well enough to return to his grandparents home, age 11, but even then he battled to return to a healthy weight for another 2 years. When Will was 13 his grandma passed on and his grandfather wasnt able to look after Will anymore so he was sent to live at St Helenas School for Orphans. Hawk stayed with his grandfather depite Will's protests.
Once at St Helenas Will continued to battle on. He was happy and hyper but when he was 14 he began to relapse with his anorexa. This time it wasnt bad enough to land him in hospital and he began once again to return to his normal weight by the time he was 16. Perhaps what is most appalling is that he has to deal with all this pain when he never did anything wrong, he was innocent, just as his parents were. Now stuck at the school he faces each day one by one with a smile and laughter.
