rank a - ADDICTS (DRUGS, ALCOHOL)
these kids are usually stuck here by their parents or by a judge. they are mostly put in the private dorms in the hospital wing first here until they gain trust and are promoted to sharing a dorm in the dorm wings. they face alot of overprotection and bossiness from all school staff. they will randomly hold drug tests, check through your belongings, and your room very often. some of them appreciate the concern and put in a honest effort to battle their addictions. others aren't so glad. they'll rebel and find a way to nourish their addictions right under their noses.
rank b - CRAZY (SCHIZOPHRENIC, OTHER DISORDERS)
a minority around the school are teenagers diagnosed with mental disorders. they come here agreeing to take the program seriously so they can manage it so they can go about life with as much strength as possible. not many care to befriend these kids so rank b kids usually lie about their rank all together to keep it secret.
rank c - SUICIDAL (CUTTERS, SUICIDE ATTEMPTS)
many parents feel that a regular rehabilitation center is too isolating and grim, so they send their tormented teenagers here in hopes that they'll smile again. they tend to make very small, but close group of friends. they stick together and try to stay out of trouble. some are loners. a few are party animals making others skeptical if they could ever even be sad.
rank d - BAD KIDS (BOMBERS, MISBEHAVIORS, BAD CHOICES)
a majority of the kids here are fresh out of juvie or were going to face time but were sent here instead. needless to say, they run the school while manipulating the school staff into thinking they have it under control. they can be dangerous, the naive school staff even know that and are cautious.
rank e - BODY IMAGE (BULUMIC, ANOREXIC)
more parents are at a loss decide to send their teenagers with eating disorders here hoping they can return with an appetite. these kids are skinny but refuse to think so. known for incredibly horrible low self esteem and deeply shallow temperments, they like to compensate with a very snobby attitude. rank f and rank e are constantly having problems with each other, though some do befriend each other due to having a trouble making, manipulative attitude in common.
rank f - HOMELESS (ORPHANS, FOSTER CARE, RUN AWAYS)
most of the kids here are orphans and are usually sponsored by the wonderful celebrities we love. either taken from a very unstable home enviroment, the never ending foster care bounce, or young people with deceased parents with no where to go, they are lucky to be sent here. some actually come here from running away from home and the school has slowly developed a 'ask no questions' policy since there's usually a devastating reason why they'd run away.
st. isleng citizens live in the town. sometimes students who've graduated from the institution decide to live here.
volunteers are students who 'graduated' from the program or kids too old to stay but have no place to go. volunteers work full time around the school with kitchen duty, cleaning, the extra curricular classes, office assistant, around the hospital wing, outdoor jobs, and even looking after some students. they are housed in a log cabin just barely larger than the dorms but atleast are complete with a bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom.
